1. CONCEPT PLAN
This stage includes an overall plan of the garden, images of the key design elements plus samples of materials and recommended plant species. It provides clients a visual image of the new garden. Fees for concept plans start from $3,300 inc GST.

3. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Following approval of the Concept Plan a Construction budget is provided. Detailed plans are developed for the structural elements, planting, lighting, etc. Construction Documentation fees are set at 8% of the Construction costs.

2. DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
If council approval is required, an application is prepared once the Concept Plan is completed. This is costed as a separate item or included in the Construction Documentation stage. |

4. CONSTRUCTION QUOTATION
When drawings are complete a final Construction Quote is prepared for the installation of the new garden.
