This house was designed by Melbourne based architect Pleysier Perkins, constructed in Melbourne transported to Sydney and lifted onto site. The garden of course needed to be built in situ. A rich arrangement of structural finishes in the garden from stone tiling, exposed concrete and timber are consistent with the finishes on the house. Planting styles vary, adapting to the aspect, slope, soil types and proximity to buildings. Thick screen planting wraps around the pool zone, providing complete privacy.
