The site that contained this large heritage-listed home had been sub-divided many years earlier. This presented a unique layout for such a home, where the majority of the garden was positioned at the front. This was the ideal location for a swimming pool that could meet the proportions required. Additional entertaining added to the adjacent internal formal areas, providing an alternative to the rear courtyard. The gardens were refreshed, creating a balance between formal and more casual plant selections.
