We are growing our Horticultural Division and are seeking experienced Horticulturists and Skilled Gardeners who share our commitment to excellence and are ready to roll up their sleeves in high-end residential gardens across Sydney, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and Northern Beaches.

The role

Work in small, supported teams (2–3 people) on a diverse portfolio of established, beautifully designed gardens. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Planting and garden establishment
  • Pruning, shaping, and detailed horticultural care
  • Lawn care, fertilising, and soil management
  • Pest and disease identification and treatment
  • General garden maintenance with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
About you

We are looking for people who take pride in their craft, show initiative, and consistently deliver high standards. Ideally, you have:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or 1–2 years of hands-on industry experience
  • Strong plant knowledge, including pests and diseases
  • Confidence using tools and equipment (including ladders)
  • Moderate physical fitness for outdoor and ladder work
  • Current driver’s licence (own vehicle preferred)
  • A reliable, positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Enjoyment of outdoor work in all weather
  • Sponsorship is available for the right candidate with appropriate work rights
