Senior Landscape Architect/ Landscape Designer

We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join our award-winning residential design team and bring inspired gardens to life.

 

The opportunity

This is a full-time position based in our Botany office, with occasional on-site work. You will join a supportive team of 8 talented designers, collaborating closely to transform client visions into reality.

You’ll be involved across all aspects of the design process: from client briefs and concept design, through client presentations, design development, documentation, and construction completion. With close mentoring from our senior team and a strong focus on career development, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, push design boundaries, and work on truly bespoke projects.

Who we are looking for?

  • Qualifications in Landscape Architecture and/or Landscape Design
  • 5+ years experience as a Landscape Architect and/or Landscape Designer, residential design experience preferred
  • Experience using CAD software systems, preferably Vectorworks
  • The ability to interpret and produce cutting-edge designs in response to briefs
  • Sound knowledge of construction documentation preferred
  • Demonstrate the maturity, confidence and flexibility to interact positively and professionally with staff, clients and suppliers at all levels
  • To be motivated, proactive and have the ability to drive your own projects
  • Excellent communication, strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
