Landscape Architect/ Landscape Designer

We’re looking for a Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect to join our design studio in Botany.

Working alongside a team of seven designers, you’ll contribute to a diverse portfolio of highly considered residential projects, from

initial ideas and concept design through to documentation, construction and completion.

This is an opportunity to work within a genuinely integrated studio, collaborating closely with landscape architects, designers, horticulturalists and construction teams to see design ideas realised in the landscape.

The role

We’re looking for someone who is curious, design-driven and ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop their craft. You’ll be involved across the full design process:

Brief → Concept → Design Development → Documentation → Construction

About you
  • Degree or qualification in Landscape Architecture and/or Landscape Design
  • 1–3 years’ professional experience, ideally in residential landscape design
  • Strong Vectorworks / CAD skills
  • Rendering ability, through AI or similar is highly regarded
  • Plant knowledge and/or horticultural skills is highly regarded
  • A strong design sensibility and ability to develop thoughtful, original responses to a brief
  • Sound understanding of landscape construction and documentation
  • Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with clients, consultants, suppliers and construction teams
  • Strong organisation, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to take projects forward independently
  • Current NSW driver’s licence
The studio

We’re a team of 40+ landscape architects, designers, horticulturalists, construction specialists and apprentices, united by a passion for creating places that are both beautiful and enduring.

You’ll work closely with experienced senior designers, with genuine opportunity to develop your skills, broaden your experience and take ideas from drawing board to reality.
